I don't understand why my nail tech filed my nails so short. We agreed on a length, and throughout the process, he just kept filing and filing and filing down. As a customer, you want to trust the process, but I visibly saw my nails getting shorter and shorter. It got to a point where I had to tell him to stop filing it. To pay $100 for a simple gel pedicure and full set (no design), I, at the very least, want to be happy with the result. While the nails are okay, it's so short that it looks like I just painted my own nails. I'm so disheartened that I paid that amount of money and am stuck with this. This is not what I wanted. I like the technicians at Gel Nails and Spa. This week Elaine did my nails (and toes). Black dip nails are my go to but wanted a design on all nails to lighten it up for summer. She did not disappoint.

Had my nails done there the other day and the man who worked on me was amazing. Took his time and was very meticulous about making sure everything was even and straight. It was the most gentle experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had. Have been a couple times before and have always had good experiences.
