Hands down one of the best haircuts I’ve ever received. Steven has so much skill and artistry! Grateful to find him.

Steven is THE REAL DEAL. I’ve loved my hair every time I left CCBB, since I first started going there 13 years ago when I was 19! He is meticulous and a master of his craft.

Danny and Steve are the best! And let's not forget cinnamon! Although the pup usually sits on my lap!

Daniel Munoz did a fantastic job giving me a precision haircut. We had a detailed consultation and decided on a style that would look best for my face shape. I am so pleased with Daniel's expertise, listening skills, and kindness. I am very, very happy with my new style and I am fussy. I will be returning.

They messed up my hair, told me they would fix it for free, and then at the last minute told me they'd be charging me for a new appointment. Honestly I have no idea how there are this many positive reviews, it's a wonder to me they're still in business at all.

This is one of the worst experiences with hair I have ever had. First of all, I paid $400 for a double process, which is higher than most places, but whatever. It was within range of other places I got a quote from, so I didn't think too much about it. When I got my hair done, the appointment only took a couple of hours, which seemed strange to me, because double process usually takes close to a full day. Additionally, the appointment itself was unpleasant, due to the fact that while I was getting my hair done, the hairdressers at one point started making homophobic remarks about gay colleagues of theirs. (one particular comments that stands out to me was "gay guys are always trying to turn me," which perpetuates extremely harmful stereotypes against queer people). But I figured I would put up with this, as I figured their homophobia was maybe something I could withstand if they could do their jobs properly. When my hair was finished, the color looked off to me (I'd wanted bleach blonde, and had told the hairdresser this, and my hair was the color I wanted at the ends so he had that to go by) but I figured it might be the lighting. However, when I got home it was clear my hair had not been bleached - it was many different colors, and when talking to a few hairstylist friends of mine, they confirmed that I had just gotten highlights, not a double process. The cost of highlights was a fraction of the cost of a double process, so i reached out to the owner to see if I could get some sort of a refund. He was extremely condescending to me, insisting that I was confused and that they've given me exactly what I asked for. When pressed further, he admitted that they hadn't given me a double process, but they'd given me a balayage, that was nearly the cost of a double process. Again, I did not ask for balayage, so they still charged me for a double process and did not give me what I asked for, but he said that since it was "all a big misunderstanding," I could come in and they could fix it for free, so I was willing to overlook the shadiness so far. Then, about two days before my appointment to fix it, the owner emailed me and told me that they would be charging me for a new appointment, as too much time had elapsed since my original appointment, and I'd rescheduled my original appointment for the fix. I was at no point made aware of this policy, that if I rescheduled I would have to pay for a new appointment, despite the fact that I'd had this reschedule on the books for a full month. And, the only reason it had taken so long to schedule an appointment with them is because their stylists had very limited availabilty, so it would've been nearly impossible to get in any earlier if I'd tried. I don't know if they thought enough time had passed that I'd forget they totally messed up my hair and would be totally cool with paying hundreds of dollars for them to do it again? I have no idea. In summary, I shelled out a ton of money only for these guys to do my hair completely incorrectly, and throughout the entire process I was met with hostility, condescension, and some casual homophobia. If you are a queer person, I suggest for you stay far away from this place as possible, but honestly I give the same advice no matter what your sexuality is, unless you particularly enjoy getting scammed.

Everyone there is friendly, but I've only seen Ken, and he is SUPER! He's a first rate stylist with a great eye for color. Don't hesitate to book with him.

What a scam, this salon is posting a ad on Groupon, and I went to purchase one for my daughter (who is 14), I called to make an appointment, and the reservation person said that they would not take a GROUPON from anyone under 18, yet they would cut hair of people under 18. So it was fine if I paid fullprice. I asked to speak to the owner, and he said "I would prefer not to have people under 18 in my shop"... Just seems like a huge scam, and we will never do business with them agian. Be careful using them, and be Warned that they dont like people under 18 in their shop, and that was from the owner himself!!! He then goes out of his way in his response to call me a Terrorist :( first, I am not, and second his company should have accepted the Groupon that was sold for us to come to his establishment. Sadly it was the ole Bait and Switch
