Gary returned my evening call promptly and showed up as agreed the next morning. He did a good job repairing a leaking union on a water pipe, even though it was a bit of a tricky repair. A different pipe right next to it started leaking after he left, as it was old and corroded at a T union. Working in the same exact area was probably all it needed to open the leak. Gary came back the very next morning and repaired it at no cost. He is an honest man, and a good communicator with good work ethic, and IMO, that is rare in this industry nowadays. I would use him again.

I used Gary from Budget Rooter about two years ago to snake a plugged drain. Everything went great. I called him several weeks ago to replace some old water shut-off valves and spigot repairs. Again, everything went great. Gary is awesome, highly recommended.UPDATE 1/2022. Called Gary last week when my washing machine stopped working and he answered my voicemail so quickly. It's so hard to find companies that are responsive but Gary was great! Prices are fair, he's quick, courteous, and knowledgeable. Thank you Gary!
