Up and Above sent an expert to give us an estimate and then drew up a detailed contract. There were no surprises! I really liked that! I also loved that they were flexible with the dates for the roof. We had a family emergency and needed to delay the roof work and they were very understanding. Finally, I loved that they came in the morning and the roof was finished in ONE DAY! They left my yard and decks cleaner than they were!

We had our roof replaced in August of this year and what a test experience. The estimate was quick, the job took a day and the cleanup was completed very throughly. We had a leak when it rained and they came out immediately and assessed and addressed the problem. We recommended them to my father and he used up and above for his roof as well, my dad also had a great experience. Highly recommend up and above!
