Had other companies over to look at our furnace and they all had dollar signs in their eyes and they all said”this needs to be replaced with a new furnace”. J&K was honest and said replacing one part should be replaced and should resolve this issue but with no promises. It was a gamble and I took it. $950 is a lot cheaper than $10,000 plus. Honesty is missing from these technicians except at J&K.

After calling five other companies at 4:40 a.m. and getting nowhere, Joe was the only technician who actually called me back — and that alone speaks volumes about his professionalism and dedication.
From the moment we spoke, he was calm, kind, and incredibly reassuring during a stressful situation. It’s never fun dealing with boiler issues in the early hours of the morning, but Joe immediately put me at ease. He took the time to clearly explain what was happening, made sure I understood the problem, and walked me through the next steps without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed.
These guys do great work, and are very reliable. I have use them for years and trust the work. Unfortunately the customer service from the office staff and answering service is terrible. It took 3 calls to the answering service to get a technician to call me back to help me figure out if I needed someone to come out after hours, or if there was button I could push that I wasn't aware of. After speaking with the technician Kyle it was clear that I needed someone to come out. Kyle explained the difference between the regular rate and the after hours rate so I could make a decision. He came right out and fixed the furnace, and answered all of my questions patiently.... read full review
