this place is great! easy parking, spotlessly clean, and very polite and professional staff. Victoria did a wonderful job on my vertical snake bites, which had been pierced multiple times previously over the years. the piercings are tricky anyway, let alone with tons of scarring!!! Victoria was so friendly and knowledgeable, I felt completely confident in her hands. my piercings look incredible, I'm so happy and I will definitely be back!!!!

I've only had anything pierced once before, my earlobes at Claire's when I was 14. So I wasn't really sure what to expect getting additional lobe and helix piercings. I booked online for a same day appointment at Bright Ideas. Apprentice Victoria was very nice and the process went quickly and painlessly.

My first experience with Bright Ideas was for my nostril piercing a year ago. I had my nose pierced by Tom and he did an excellent job (though he does not seem to work there anymore). Barely any pain, no bleeding, no infection, and it was pretty! As a girl without any tats or piercings besides my ears, I felt a little intimidated getting my another piercing for the first time, but the staff were all friendly and I definitely got the good experience I was hoping for. Flash forward a year. My piercing fell out in the shower and down the drain. When my new jewelry arrived about 4 days later, I was having a lot of trouble getting it back in.
