This company is top notch. Warren, Frank, Mitch and crew did an excellent job on our roof and gutters replacement. Fully explained the whole process including all products used, pricing, timing,cleanup, everything. Then they delivered on what they told us. Couldn't be happier with the results!!! It was an extreme pleasure working with Warren Thompson & Son… Roofing & Siding. When Frank came to give us an estimate to have our 28yr old roof replaced, he was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He noticed a potential venting issue which had gone unnoticed by a previous roofing company. Frank’s estimate was very fair. Their work crew and project supervisor, Mitch, were on time, worked like a well-oiled machine, and were respectful of our property. The old roof was removed and replaced in one day! Bought a new home in June without inspection. First rain - roof leaked on brand new paint. Brian Thompson was ON IT next day. Came out and protected my roof temporarily and provided a quote. His team was out the same week. Roof fixed first shot. Also hired them for 2 other jobs on this home. No hesitation to use them ever.
