    Awesome facility! Everyone is so friendly and the training is incredible. Have been going for about 7 months and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. My trainer Ben is extremely knowledgeable and continues to drive me to reach my goals. You won’t be disappointed if you stop by for a session!

    I’ve only be coming here a few short months Here’s what I noticed everyone is made to feel welcome everyone’s goals and levels are taken into consideration questions are welcomed and answers are forth coming Ben is wonderful always having something different planned for our session so it never gets boring and for me is always a challenge If your looking for a place to get fit this is it

    I first came to TYF in search of a personal trainer for my 10 yo daughter who needed a challenging but manageable workout regiment. The intro session with Alexi sealed the deal - my daughter and I have been his clients for several months and couldn't have been happier with the results. Alexi's individualized approach, his meticulousness and attention to detail have helped create a very challenging yet super fun workout plan that has yielded superb results for both of us. Alexi is an absolute pleasure to work with and I could not recommend him enough.The facility itself is very clean and well equipped, never too crowded. The trainers are professional and courtly. All-in-all, this has been a great experience so far and I look forward to every single workout because I know they work.

    I've been a member at Track Your Fitness for a while now, and I can confidently say that it has been a transformative experience for me. From the moment I joined, I knew I was in the right place. The highlight of my journey has undoubtedly been working with Karli. Her workouts are both effective and enjoyable, making each session something to look forward to. Karli's personalized approach considers my goals and limitations, which has led to remarkable progress. Her expertise in both workouts and nutrition is evident, and her positive energy creates a motivating atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-notch fitness experience.

    TYF has been such a wonderful experience and total game changer for my fitness. I train with Karli, whom I adore! We started working on strength from the ground up in hopes to improve my back pain. I’m 3 months in and experience less back pain thanks to my new glute, core, and full body strength.Other great things:The atmosphere in the gym is friendly and not intimidating.Use of the InBody scale shows your progress and where you can do better.Karli is an amazing support system - she trains to your body’s needs, offers nutrition guidance, and regularly delivers motivational texts to help you along your fitness journey.

    Track Your Fitness/ Charlie and Karli are the BEST! Honestly, only planned to give it 3 months to help me get stronger and get in better shape for my daughter's wedding. Seven months later, and I still don't want to leave. It's not just because I think Charlie is a great trainer - patient, professional, knowledgeable about nutrition and the way the body works, but also because each time I walk into Track Your Fitness, it feels like family. Every trainer is friendly and engaging - and truly knows their clients. I appreciate that Charlie has such a repertoire of ideas for each muscle group, and modifies exercises for me depending on my foot, shoulder, or vertigo issue that day, while still challenging me. I'm always eager to get to my training session and never feel bored because of the variety of exercises Charlie plans for each session. I also appreciate how flexible he has been when I have needed to reschedule. He truly tries his best to accommodate his clients. I have trained with other trainers at other gyms over the years, but Track Your Fitness feels like home. Charlie and Karli care about your fitness and/or weight loss goals - and keep you motivated and focused throughout your journey to get healthier with their expertise and great sense of humor.

    Highly recommend Track Your Fitness! My daughter has been working with Katie in her off season and not only has she improved but she really enjoys her work outs! Katie is a knowledgeable and motivating trainer. Definitely check out Track Your Fitness.

    TYF is so much more than just a personal training facility; you become a part of the family as a client here! Not only has TYF been a game changer for me physically, but mentally as well. Training with Karli is truly the highlight of my week. I look forward to the challenging workouts and keep going back for more, because that’s the type of environment they have created. One that is inclusive, motivating, informative and always delivers results. If you’re looking to completely transform your body and mindset for the better and make that lifestyle change, this is the place to do it. Highly recommend!
