Took my six-year-old there with an embedded fish hook in his hand. After first going to city MD closer to my home where the service was beyond awful the doctor could not complete. The task was completely rude and beyond awful to my child not one word of kindness through his fear and trauma. I yanked him out of there and took him to the next closest place, which was the AM PM in Allendale the difference was night and day. The PA Kerry was so soothing and calming and professional. She completed the procedure with kindness and Compassion. Avoid city MD in Oakland at all costs and go to AM /PM instead.
Had a great experience with AM/ PM urgent care in Allendale. The staff was very friendly and courteous and the Dr. was great. The process worked very quickly and they took Medicare, which was great as well. highly recommend if you are in need of an urgent care.
Great overall experience for my first time visiting. Location is convenient, very clean and organized, and was treated with great care and respect. Staff checked in with me as we were waiting for certain results to make sure I was accommodated and informed of progress.
