Steven was especially respectful and compassionate during the arrangement process. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made us feel supported every step of the way. His kindness and professionalism helped bring comfort during an incredibly difficult time. If I could give Steven 10 stars I would! I've lost many family members over the years, all used different funeral homes which is a shame. This was a unique situation for me, and Steve went above and beyond anything I've ever heard of and experienced in this business, he was even available 24/7 and easy to get a hold of. He made what could've been a super stressful situation, into one stress free. Many thanks, I highly recommend Parcels Funeral to everyone. My husband and I will definitely use them for ourselves.
