Gayle at Ohm spa is amazing! I came in for a lymph and lift massage and left with a package customized for my specific problem areas. The treatment has not only changed the texture of my skin but also reduced inches, helped with my confidence and even helped me to achieve better work outs due to the reduced heaviness in my legs. My body craves the lymphatic massage and I’m loving the results.
I used the float room and loved it. I was given everything I needed to relax and forget the world for an hour. In the float room you are in body temperature salt water with soft light and music. During the session all I could feel was my breathing and my body with no other things to think about besides myself. It is very worth the time and I will recommend it to anyone.
I’ve been coming here and seeing Sonya Staples for Neveskin for the past few weeks, and I 12/10 recommend you make an appointment with her! She’s the sweetest, makes you feel so comfortable and is so easy to talk to. She’s helped me feel ten times more confident in these short few weeks and I can’t thank her enough!
