I made the mistake of buying bathroom fixtures before I realized that I couldn't find shower doors that would match. Nobody wanted to deal with me on this issue. Talked to over 10 contractors who all ended up ghosting me when they realized what a pain my project was going to be.
I called Granite State Glass and they agreed to order the doors and I could have them powder coated to match my fixtures. This added considerable time to the project, as I live in California and would need to make my way out just to pick a color. GSG offered to deliver the doors to the powder coater and also pick them up which saved me several trips.

It’s not whether you make mistakes, it’s how you handle them when you do. I had a windshield replacement and unfortunately there was a small problem with the install. And due the the placement of the issue, it went undetected for 10 months. Once the issue was realized, it was quite extensive and expensive. Granite State Glass management went out to look at my truck (at the dealership) the day after I reported it to them. They put me in a rental right away and while it was a couple weeks process, the ultimately paid every penny (well north of 10g’s) to repair my truck.
