Rosie's full body 1 HR message paid attention to areas you don't know you hold stress in such as your hands. I work remotely on the computer all day so this made sense but is not something I thought I needed! Her attention to stress relief via sub-occipital release worked very well. I was very tight in the neck and upper arms as many of us are and I felt that melt away along with mental stress I was holding. I left feeling one with my body, relaxed and calm. I will be back.

Rosie is awesome, always asks if I have any issues and targets those spots. The whole experience and atmosphere is relaxing and therapeutic. Rosie is extremely skilled, knowledgeable and a wonderful person. I look forward to my massage and seeing her.
