I called the emergency number listed on the website with an urgent issue outside of normal business hours after calling two other businesses and not being able to get in touch with anyone. Chris called me back in less than 10 minutes and was able to troubleshoot the issue and walk us through what to do after we texted him some photos. Just earned a new customer!
They came to help us out after Hamm changed our service date without telling us and wouldn’t come back. Very nice, quick, polite and got us in sooner than Hamm could reschedule us!
Called at night during this COVID crisis cos we had an emergency. John was here first thing the next morning. He is such a nice guy. Very knowledgeable. Tank was fine but could see pipe was blocked. I guess with old houses the pipe gets rough and it can happen. Referred La France to unblock They also came right away and did a great job
