Paid $300 for a full service package that was supposed to include, roots, color treatment, hair cut and style. She showed up an hour late and spent 4 hours only completing the color treatment when I have the bottom half of my head shaved! Avoided setting up another appointment to finish services, avoided my messages asking for a partial refund, and called me a fraud when I submitted a dispute. There are far more professional studios out there. She's just a scammer overcharging and under servicing.

I haven't had this great a haircut and color since getting my hair done in Los Angeles seven years ago! My hair turned out exactly how I wanted. She is so competent at what she does, both in cut and color, which is very hard to find. I highly recommend Keisha and I'll for sure be booking with her again!
Requested style: Balayage in caramel tones, mid-neck length cut with center part from hair that was a few inches past my shoulders.

I booked an appt with Keisha last minute online which showed she had availability and she had texted to tell me she actually was not available at the time I had requested. Not a big deal at all, i know online booking systems are sometimes not always accurate. However, I was charged for the appointment and when I asked for a refund I got no reply and no refund.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE!! I had a bad hairdresser before I found her so my hair needed a lot of help, she genuinely cares about her clients hair and what’s best for them which is rare. I get so many compliments on my hair now and we are working toward my hair color goal at a safe pace. Keisha dedicates so much care and effort to ensure you get the look you are going for and makes your hair healthier in the process. She is incredibly knowledgeable in products and techniques and took the time to see my vision to make sure I got the exact cut, color, and look I wanted all the while making my hair as healthy as possible. Can’t recommend her highly enough! It’s such a refreshing experience in a hair salon to be so heard and understood and I’ve been getting compliments left and right from her fresh color and cut!
