“Call ahead for an appointment. You have to wear a mask and wait outside on the porch for them to come get you. The best kind of mask wraps around your ears as the tie on ones make it hard to trim the hair in the back.“

“Alexis Scott Hair Design (ASHD) is a full service hair and nail salon. The pedi chairs are oversized and so comfy. The pedi room is located upstairs, allowing more quiet space. The salon is tastefully decorated and is a vibe. Tonya, Nicole and Karen are the most talented, courteous and always professional. I get a color and blow out every month and the occasional Cezanne and pedicure. I feel amazing every time I leave here. Bonus - the prices are reasonable!“

“Had a great haircut by Michele, the owner. After evaluating my curly hair she suggested a Deva Cut, where the hair is cut dry and then washed and styled. She was so efficient and I really liked the cut she gave me, and I found out at the end that though the deva cut was more expensive, she just charged me the haircut I initially booked. I really appreciate her emphasis on giving the client a great experience, as well as her knowledge and skill at cutting unruly curls.“
