Our seven-year-old daughter started dance just a few months ago, and she absolutely loves it. From the very beginning, the environment has been welcoming, encouraging, and so well run.
I want to give so much credit to the owner and the entire team, especially for the recent dance recital. Saturday was truly amazing. The attention to detail, the organization, and the beautiful costumes all made the day feel incredibly special for both the kids and the parents.
You could really see how much care, time, and heart went into every part of the recital. It meant a lot to us as parents, and it was clear how proud and excited the dancers were to be on stage.

i could not recommend ysbd enough! i danced here for 14 years, and simultaneously worked here for 3. not only does missy create an extremely comfortable and enjoyable environment, but the community created with my teammates resembles that of a close-knit family. dance pushes you to challenge yourself physically and mentally, and getting kids in it while they’re young teaches them a variety of lessons and social skills that cannot be taught in other sports. missy is my favorite one-woman show, and the people here are my second family. if youre looking for a way to get active and stimulate yourself, without being too cutthroat or time consuming, ysbd is a great fit❤️

I’ve been dancing at this studio since I was in 4th grade, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best experiences of my life. From the moment I walked in as the “out-of-towner” new girl, Missy made me feel so welcomed and at home. She truly cares about every single dancer, and the girls and moms here are just as kind and supportive—it really feels like a family.
Missy is not only an amazing teacher but also an incredible choreographer.
