The tech was friendly and they arrived early in the day so I didn’t have to sit around the house all day long. Townes is now my go to company for my septic system.

Received an e-mail reminder to have my tank serviced. Today I decided to shovel off the cover and let Townes Septic Service know I am ready when they are. In less than 2 hours my tank was pumped out and inspected. This is awesome service. The price was very reasonable.

Service was great. Damon answered a bunch of questions I had on my septic tank's health. I appreciate the reminder Townes sends out when it is time to service again--I totally forgot. Lastly it is easy to schedule service online.
