I was stuck in my home and attempting to shovel with a bad wrist and back when a member of the Granite State team stopped and took time out of his day to help with remove the snow with his four wheeler. It didn’t just make my day, it saved me a lot of pain and trouble. Thank you so much. Anybody with a team like that is truly somebody worth doing business with. I had a pretty nasty plumbing issue late at night. I got a call from Granite State and they dispatched someone late that evening at 10:30. I want to say his name was Julian. He came to my apartment near Pinkerton in Derry and was very polite, very helpful and overall very urgent. On top of that, I accidentally called him today, but hung up immediately. He then made sure to call me back and check up on me to make sure nothing had gone wrong. That is above and beyond service! Thank you very much!
