BEWARE: Your advisor might forget you! I brought my car in early (first 5 in), went thru intake, let them know I’d be waiting for the car. At 11, after the waiting room people changed over twice, I went to check on my car. My advisor looked surprised to see me! He had texted me at 9:15 (almost 2 hours later) but I did not see or hear the text (that’s on me). It took another 15 minutes to find out the status (?). Then I gave them permission to START repairs. I’m pretty sure after the advisor texted me, my car was moved out to the parking lot (cause the mechanics could not have left my car in a repair bay for 4 hours). Repairs were standard 6-7 year old car items that were expected wear and tear ítems, costing $1,400. (Advisors time 5-10 minutes) My money is good, and probably paid for all the advisors that day, but my time is not! Next time I will not wait in the waiting room, but annoyingly hover in the limited space so as not to be overlooked!

If I could give a 0 star review I would. I bought my car 5 months ago and it’s already been in the shop 2 times. The first time they replaced a part under warranty but it didn’t fix the problem that it came in for (ticking noise on cold start). They “didn’t notice that it was still making the sound”. When you can clear as day hear the sound on startup. They then did a re-diagnosis and replaced yet another part under warranty. But while putting it back together they broke bolts off in the egr cooler and want us to pay to replace it. After they were the ones who broke it. They refuse to acknowledge any wrong doing on their part. Not to mention what they broke is a very expensive part and it keeps the vehicle from being operational and is now stuck in their shop.

My 12 year old daughter can do an oil change faster than these guys. If you like waiting around for hours for a simple oil change, these are your guys!

If I could give this place a negative star review I 110% I would. I recently just purchased a vehicle from NUCAR and 2 months later a noise starter from the air vent. Long story short I have, I brought my vehicle in on 4 different occasions (which mind you I live 1 hour away from this dealership), spent HOURS! in their lobby, and they hardly gave me the time of day and treated me with little to no respect EXCEPT when my husband was there or on the phone with them. So LADIES please save yourself the frustration and refrain from doing business here if possible. Josh did nothing but belittle me each time I was there. And almost made me feel like I was crazy for hearing this “noise” even tho I have time stamped videos almost everyday of said noise. And refused to let me talk to one of there mechanics. As soon as I picked my car up yesterday I brought it down the street to a local mechanic and they heard and solved the problem for my car, and it was the FAN BEARING.. so it’s true what they say if they are not getting paid to fix a problem (which they should be I just bought the car) they don’t care about you our your needs. GOOD LUCK and stay far far away. I have also already put a claim with the BBB.

This was the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had! Jonathan Ali was so respectful and incredible! We came in on a Saturday morning and we were helped right away! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a different car!

Worst service experience I’ve ever had.
My vehicle has been stuck at this service center for nearly two months, and I’ve had to chase them down for every single update. Not once has the service advisor called or emailed me with a status—I’ve had to initiate every conversation.
I’ve left multiple voicemails for the service manager—no response. This morning, I called asking to speak with the GM. The guy who answered the service line told me the GM was “some guy named Mike,” didn’t know his last name, and had no way to transfer my call. I called the main dealership number, asked again, and was sent to a generic voicemail with no name or info. Completely ridiculous.
To make matters worse, I keep being told that parts are “back ordered,” even though I’ve sent them screenshots from multiple parts websites showing the exact parts they claim are unavailable are clearly listed as in stock.
This place has no communication, no accountability, and no sense of urgency. If you value your time, your money, or basic customer service—go anywhere else.

Nucar Tilton service department 😒😠 not pleased at all with your work, Today 4/17 my car failed inspection because of a unauthorized service done By Nucar In Tilton NH 3/19 for the past month I’ve trying to get them to fix the problem, yet they want me to pay a service diagnostic charge for something they messed up. Now I gotta fix what they messed up without my permission they still worked on it and charged me for it so now I gotta pay even more unnecessary amount money to get my car ready if it wasn’t for them my car would be all set. Thanks for nothing you have lost a customer get your stuff together if

Update just fixed my rear caliper myself my e brake works now, tell me why there is rust on these so called new calipers they put on, more like yall painted them or bought second hand faulty
