1. The owner called back promptly upon our initial call and was extremely professional.
2. They had Taylor come out promptly to assess the job and again was polite, courteous and helpful.
3. An estimate was emailed to us within a couple of days and the price was reasonable.
4. Owner followed up within a few days and was patient w/our desire to get all our quotes in before we decided.
5. I went to office to ask ?'s and get ball rolling and again nothing but straight up respect and professionalism.
6. Total Grounds managed to fit us in sooner than expected since they were in the area.
7. Taylor, Peter and Dillon completed job seamlessly, exceptionally and it was clear Dillon takes exceptional pride in his work with the excavation and installation of piping.
8. Peter and Dillon worked in 90 degree heat, but still did a meticulous job despite the heat. It was evident this company takes pride in their work, and it showed in the final outcome.

They were communicative throughout the project, being patient answering my ?'s.
