I had a fantastic experience at Lakeside! The fact that they were actually breathing freely without face diapers told me that they were independent thinkers that had done the research. That made me feel more confident in their knowledge of biology and health in general. These folks know what they are doing. They've been doing it for years. They have something called common sense and I seek that out when looking for health care professionals. I want honest providers and that's what you'll get here.

Knowledgeable, patient-centered and gregarious therapists! Heathy, healing results! Great atmosphere and camaraderie among fitness members. Facility and equipment clean; coaching available for all abilities at the end of a question!Masks? Not required when exercising vigorously, according to state regulations......has this changed? Masks worn otherwise.What a treasure for the area. Oh! Did I mention affordability? Monthly fee is a bargain...

Jack and Alice are awesome people. They have an awesome facilities both physical therapy, massage and full gym. I have been going now for about 5 plus years. Went there with bad shoulders. Worked with Jack, Alice, Mike and others. Today with consistent work out in the gym I feel great. I would strongly recommend this facility if you are in need of these services.
