What stood out most to me was the consistency and care. They didn’t rush through the appointment and paid attention to all the small details. My nails look neat, even, and very professionally done.

I had a GREAT experience today when I went to get a pedi and fill. The night before my appointment, I cut and sprained my toe. I mentioned this to Brain (who did my pedi and fill). Sim asked me to pick out a color, she knew I had a sore toe. She asked if I wanted water and she helped me in the chair. She was so sweet!!!!! Brain wrapped my toe so he can give me a pedi. When I was getting my fill, it was time to get up and wash my hands, Brian asked me to stay seated, he brought the water to me so I didn't have to walk to the sink. I go here about once every month. I have great work done here. However I need to say something in hopes it will get to a manager for the future going forward. I ask for “fill”. Which is normally 25-45. (A full set is 55 and zen is 65.00. ) Everytime including today, I ask for a “fill” I get “you want to change color?” I say “I’m getting a fill” she says you can pick another color with the fill. I ask “are you sure?” She said yes. So I sit down for fill. Expecting to pay 35-45. I get one girl starting grinding down the polish. I already know now it’s going to be a full manicure! Then the guy comes over. Starts doing my nails.... read full review
