I guess I am not the only one that feels like since local Rymes changed to Superior Plus Propane things have gone down hill. I got charged a minimal use charge of $220 for two propane tanks that I use solely for a pool heater that broke down. I have since called the other local propane providers including Eastern, Irving, exc and they all say they would never charge a minimal use charge. Unbelievable

Messed up my parents heating all this season by filling them up with regular oil instead of their kerosene and took ABSOLUTELY No accountability. Completely ridiculous with how long they have been loyal customers. I HOPE They make the right call and switch

We were customers of Rymes Propane for many years and were always satisfied. Since the transition to Superior Propane, customer service has declined. After being on hold for 25 minutes trying to schedule service for our propane fireplace, I was unable to reach anyone. Due to the lack of responsiveness, we will be researching to switch to another propane provider.
