Our municipality has used NESSIT for several years now as our managed IT solution and we've been very pleased! All employees have been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful from top to bottom. They prepare recommendations and options as needed throughout the year and then discuss budget items to consider near the end of the year. They provide training and testing to enhance our response to cybersecurity events and always seem to be aware of the latest scams/attacks. Great customer service from Nessit. A staff person called to follow up on a computer issue but I could not take the call as I was in a meeting, so they sent an email with some initial suggestions for a fix and told me to call when I was ready. The email had the fix I needed! I appreciated their flexibility!
