I had no heat at midnight and called dead river and they came out in 30 minutes and took care of the problem. Very efficient and kind and professional. Would highly recommend them for all your heating needs Very awesome company.

We had a recent event - one that we considered an emergency - recently when we stopped receiving gas (propane) to our appliances. It was about 6:00 on a weekend evening. Dead River dispatched a technician dispatched to our house, and John arrived by 8:00; took about 45 minutes to replace the regulator and ensure that everything was working properly. John was friendly, polite, patient, and efficient. One of the best customer service interactions we have ever experienced! Thank you, John and Dead River!!

We are so thankful to have Dead River! We signed up for their monthly plan when we built our house 2.5 years ago and they have not let us down once since then. Can’t recommend them enough and wouldn’t use anyone else
