Dr. Robbin's was excellent!! Very informative, professional, and knowledgeable! My dog was completely comfortable, and tolerated the treatment with no problems! Was called in within minutes of appointment time. It's a very clean environment. It was a new visit and I was very impressed. Highly recommend.

Rating on the basis of just having a stray scanned. Very clean, but hard to get a person on the phone. When we left, unfortunately we saw a deceased cat in the road practically right in front of the building, so we called to tell them. We were busy driving and trying to comfort our stray kitten. They responded with " call animal control". We had to respond with, "Can you? We aren't sure where we are and we've got an upset kitten in the car. This was after 3 calls, and we knew they were there and had 0 customers there. They were just letting the automated machine answer. It was 2:10, their lunch hour ended at 2:00. My first time euthanizing an animal and they made it as easy and pleasant as possible. My 18 year old cat, Maggie had suddenly gotten sick and she wasn’t eating. Dr Brench gave her fluids and antibiotics and prescribed an appetite stimulant. Everything helped to extend Maggie’s life for about a month but this past weekend I knew her end was near.I brought her to CPV at 11am and was treated so compassionately by the staff. They took me to a quiet room where a soft blanket was set up on a large shelf. I was able to spend as much time as needed to say goodbye to my best little friend and companion.
