Val cut my hair today for the first time. I asked a lot of her, she listened and understood perfectly. Family and friend approval with my new look means everything. No need for me to look any further. I will remember her kindness forever.

It's Ulta! They have a little bit of everything. This location is clean and well stocked, with excellent customer service. The staff at this location goes out of their way to help you find the right products, and they are always so friendly here.

I just got home and felt the need to write this review. I stopped into the Ulta Beauty today looking for a new foundation and a replacement for a bronzer I’ve been using for years. Caden was extremely helpful and genuinely took the time to assist me. He even went into the back to check on a product for me, which I really appreciated.
The store was clearly busy and appeared a bit low staffed, but that did not affect the level of customer service I received at all. I never felt rushed and felt like my needs actually mattered with him.
