I was apprehensive when I moved to Newburyport six years ago from NYC where my dental team (Yes, it takes a village w/my mouth!) was top drawer. My concerns were immediately eliminated! The care concern and high degree of attention and skill match and often surpassed NYC! Apart from the medical level of quality, equally important is the 'front-of-house' support team. Top notch all around, with a special shout-out to Derek who runs the front desk and billing operations. SO accommodating and SO willing to work with you for both billing and scheduling issues and questions. I'm glad that I selected Family Dental of Seabrook for my Dental care. My first appointment was smooth and easy. Jeff handled my X-rays and cleaning. Dr Shah examined my teeth and they wrote up my treatment plan. I'm following thru on the plan with Dr Dhengele and Heather. The care is great. I want to call out the office staff for their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this facility.
Amazing staff very friendly and outgoing.. they will go out of there way to make sure everything you need is as less stressful as possible.. dentists are amazing all new high-tech equipment and clean environment, thank you guys so much.. and derek is absolutely amazing he will go out of his way to make sure ur takin care of.
