She asked me how I normally style my hair, how I usually wear it and what my desired results were. She gave me tips and advice that going forward, I will start to implement in my routine. She guided me through the process and she gave suggestions from her professional point of view and was allowing me to make the final decision. She kept checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable and that she wasn’t hurting me while sectioning my hair. Then lastly, after styling my hair, she made sure to correct any hairs that were sticking out and made sure I was more than happy with the results. And by God, I am so thankful and happy to have gotten my haircut done by hair. She’s restored my faith in hair stylists! She is absolutely talented and brought my hair from mid back up to shoulder length, in an amazing style that complements my face and feels amazing. I haven't felt this good in a long time.
