The Medical Skin Clinic is a welcoming and comfortable environment, where the staff, including Lisa Sheedy, Alicia, and a very sweet receptionist, are known for their kind and understanding demeanor. They take the time to listen and make patients feel at ease, like talking to non-judgmental family members. The clinic offers knowledgeable services and does not push products or procedures on clients. The Diamond Glo facial is a popular offering. Patients appreciate the excellent bedside manner, great service, and plan to return and recommend the clinic to others.
Lisa Sheedy has the best bedside manner and takes the time to actually listen. She makes you so comfortable and talking to her is like talking to family…well, the family that are nonjudgmental and likable?. She is also knowledgeable and great at what she does.
Couldn’t say more about the staff here ..from the very sweet receptionist at the front desk to the staff performing the procedure. Everyone was so kind..and understanding when I was running a few minutes behind..props to Gia for her patience! Would recommend friends and family here for sure!
