update:
within a week of posting my original review . They fixed the massage chair and all the bulbs in the red light tanning bed. & it has been this way consistently since. Very grateful for this. i truly do love this place and will continue giving them my business. the fact that they were quick to act once the owner was made aware of the issues is a positive sign IMO. i truly have no complaints at this point.

So I have been coming here for a while now. Place is always clean, and although I have seen alot of staff come and go, girls who do work here are very kind and friendly!! & I do love the red light; red light tanning bed, and massage chair!!

I’m giving 3 stars because staff is great and place is clean ! I do enjoy the red light, but that’s the only spa package they offer here. I pay for top tier membership to only get red light and I haven’t even been using the highest level beds that I pay extra for because the bulbs haven’t been changed in god knows how long? It doesn’t even look like I got a tan. I pay over 100$ a month to not even get to use my package I’m paying for. If they were atleast better about changing the bulbs consistently this place would be great. For the price we pay it’s surprising this is such an issue

Joined recently just for a month to get ready for vacation. The girls that assisted me with my package and to pick a lotion and bed were so friendly and professional. Each time I have been there has been a different team member and all of them were very helpful and professional. I had to take time to write a review because the customer service was that good. Thanks for a pleasantly nice experience and a nice base tan.
