I’m giving 3 stars because staff is great and place is clean ! I do enjoy the red light, but that’s the only spa package they offer here. I pay for top tier membership to only get red light and I haven’t even been using the highest level beds that I pay extra for because the bulbs haven’t been changed in god knows how long? It doesn’t even look like I got a tan. I pay over 100$ a month to not even get to use my package I’m paying for. If they were atleast better about changing the bulbs consistently this place would be great. For the price we pay it’s surprising this is such an issue
Joined recently just for a month to get ready for vacation. The girls that assisted me with my package and to pick a lotion and bed were so friendly and professional. Each time I have been there has been a different team member and all of them were very helpful and professional. I had to take time to write a review because the customer service was that good. Thanks for a pleasantly nice experience and a nice base tan.
I had such an amazing experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in as a new client, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything before getting started.
They took the time to walk me through all the different tanning options, explained the beds in detail, and helped me figure out what would work best for my skin type and goals. I also really appreciated how clearly they explained the lotion options and membership pricing
