George and his son/crew did an AMAZING job from start to finish on replacement of our front entry and garage fire doors. We met to review dimensions, followed up with a thorough meeting to select all options (including finishes, lock sets, number of keys, etc.), and booked our delivery/install 6 months in advance. Within 3 days we hit that target (due to delay in the knocker of all things). Install went smooth and completed all work on time. Highly recommended for honest advice and quality workmanship.
The initial buying process was refreshingly divergent from the typical high pressure sales tactics we're accustomed to. George was available, highly knowledgeable, and we couldn't be happier with the professionalism of the installers who were punctual, polite, and masters of their craft. The doors look absolutely stunning and the difference of heat retention in our home is stellar. Highly recommend!
Pro Entry Installs did a fantastic job, hands down! George was great to deal with. Beyond sharing door samples and product knowledge, he configured my order and the install to improve a ridiculous threshold situation on a garage entry door. The storm doors are great and much more energy efficient! Mike and Scott the installers were excellent. They also installed new metal around garage doors and new shutters around the house. Both were meticulous in thier work, communicating along the way to the job completion. I'm very pleased with everything, it's a nice refresh to my home!! Thank you Pro Entry Installs!!
