Dylan from DC distributors was absolutely amazing! He provided a free demo on how Kirby vacuums work, and made it a point to make sure that we didn't have to purchase one. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very kind, charismatic, and thoughtful! Dylan is truly a kind person. He made it a good transaction and I'm very pleased with my new vacuum!

I have a chance to let Micah from DC distributor in my house. He was polite and did a great job. Compare to that girl name's Dawn that I let her in two summers ago. She was very rude, pushy, and disrespectful. She left all the dirty papers in my house. I almost call police on her to force her to leave because she didn't plan to go if I didn't buy her product. Good job, Micah!

The staff came to do a free cleaning and the cleaning itself went wonderfully! I was impressed with what the machine picked up. Jeremy was so kind and nice and friendly and worked fast, and he really deserves all the praise. My only issue is that the supervisor he was under left him at my home for too long, and given the cold, if I had had to leave it would have been awful! Very dangerous business practice for your staff! I hope he is better looked after and cared for as an employee moving forward! As the customer, if I had to leave, who knows how this could have gone for the employee, and he’s a valuable asset to your company! Do better! Take care of your hard working...read full review
