I purchased a Kirby from a salesman that came to my house and provided a free demo. This vacuum does not disappoint! I also called and spoke with Josh in service and he was able to send me the additional accessories I needed for my tile/grout floors. Great product.
Dylan from DC distributors was absolutely amazing! He provided a free demo on how Kirby vacuums work, and made it a point to make sure that we didn't have to purchase one. I have a chance to let Micah from DC distributor in my house. He was polite and did a great job. Compare to that girl name's Dawn that I let her in two summers ago. She was very rude, pushy, and disrespectful. She left all the dirty papers in my house. I almost call police on her to force her to leave because she didn't plan to go if I didn't buy her product. Good job, Micah!
