    I had 5 viruses on my lap top all of a sudden. called Best Buys
    Geek Squad. A gentlemen took over my pc in about 5 minutes and worked on it for about 30 minutes and completely wiped it clean.
    Just wanted him to know and the squad that I was so happy and thrilled at his service and knowledge as to fixing it in such a
    timely manner. Thank you Best Buy Geek Squad and the person that helped me out.

    This review pertains to service I received today from Adam who sells cell phones and gets them up and running. Adam really knows what he is doing and he cares about his work and his customers. I came into Best Buy today expecting a poor experience based on past experience but was pleasantly surprised when Adam got me up and running on a new cell phone with new service. No one could have been more efficient and proficient that Adam. I wish Best Buy had more employees like him...he is top notch. Because of him I would consider doing business with Best Buy again in the future.

    Jeremy, Finn and the team over there are awesome. The reason for only 3 stars: I scheduled an appointment at a time that the person with the credentials needed to start my order was not there, so I was unable to get service. I live about an hour away, so the next day I wanted to call to make sure someone would be there to process my order. The listed phone number routs you to Best Buy’s main call center, and the operators have no information about the individual locations, and there is no way to contact the store. I put in a request for an urgent call that the operator said she would forward to the store, but they never got the message. It was wildly frustrating. I... read full review
