    This review pertains to service I received today from Adam who sells cell phones and gets them up and running. Adam really knows what he is doing and he cares about his work and his customers. I came into Best Buy today expecting a poor experience based on past experience but was pleasantly surprised when Adam got me up and running on a new cell phone with new service. No one could have been more efficient and proficient that Adam. I wish Best Buy had more employees like him...he is top notch. Because of him I would consider doing business with Best Buy again in the future.

    Jeremy, Finn and the team over there are awesome. The reason for only 3 stars: I scheduled an appointment at a time that the person with the credentials needed to start my order was not there, so I was unable to get service. I live about an hour away, so the next day I wanted to call to make sure someone would be there to process my order. The listed phone number routs you to Best Buy’s main call center, and the operators have no information about the individual locations, and there is no way to contact the store.     Needed a new computer for work and picked one that was either in stock here or in Attleboro. Salem is a shorter distance and saving the tax meant it was a no brainer. I stood in a line for store pick up that moved quickly. They checked my id, and I had a computer. Store was busy but everything was running smooth. If I needed to make a big electronic purchase again, I would come here. I wasn't the only Masshole who had made the drive.
