I had a intermittent flickering light problem going on for the last few months. Ironic since everything from the panel to the meter to the Box it's mounted on to the wires to the roof is all within 5 years old. It looked like a Rat's Nest was sitting atop my electrical panel that Tom found. He methodically went through and tried to find any bit through wires or damaged wires which were tough to access in the ceiling of my garage but he worked through as much as he could and found some possible problems. Of course the lights flickering wasn't happening while he was there which is just annoying but he did his due diligence and tracked as much as he could down in the hours...read full review
