Carmen was great! She explained my prescription and helped me figure out what I was looking for especially in a first pair. She answered all my questions and gave me time to decide. I have been putting this off for months. I wish I had gone there sooner!

Huge shout out to Joe and Bill S. from BJs in Salem, NH who helped this crazy gal fit a 6 piece patio set into a Honda Odyssey. So incredibly helpful (and patient), great customer service. (I guess a shout out to Honda too for my Odyssey that actually fit the whole patio set, pillows and all.)
