“We had our furnace replaced after it malfunctioned. The team was very good at explaining everything, they were extremely professional, and personable. They showed up when they said they would, and were done in a very impressive amount of time. Could not recommend this company more!”
“We are thrilled with every aspect of our new (propane) heaters, but we are particularly grateful for the responsiveness and professionalism of the DeFosses at every stage. The initial site visit was extremely thorough and informative, yet every time I had a follow-up question (or 10!), Ray responded right away and spent as long as necessary walking me through the workings of the mechanism or the logic of the venting or the rationale for the placement to make sure every concern was addressed. The installation itself was performed expertly, with professionalism, and without delay. Afterward, having taken note of when the propane company was coming to install the tanks and activate the heaters, Ray called the next day to make sure all was in order. Moreover, he had been absolutely right about everything. We are delighted with our new heating system and amazed and grateful for the wonderful customer service.Service: Heating system installation”
