We are thrilled with every aspect of our new (propane) heaters, but we are particularly grateful for the responsiveness and professionalism of the DeFosses at every stage. The initial site visit was extremely thorough and informative, yet every time I had a follow-up question (or 10!), Ray responded right away and spent as long as necessary walking me through the workings of the mechanism or the logic of the venting or the rationale for the placement to make sure every concern was addressed. They came the next day and repaired my propane monitor. Grear job and price was reasonable. Will recommend them. Also been in bussiness for 40 years. Very experienced. Merry Christmas?
