They were great. I was fortunate enough that they were able to come the same day and address the issue in less than an hour. I had a leak situation with my shower that they were able to immediately identify. I highly recommend them.
We have used D'Ambruoso Plumbing & Heating for over 20 years. The first time I called them we had an emergency, they came right out with in an hour. They were very professional, and tidy. I highly recommend them. This company has always gone above and beyond.
They say ¨Service in Hours and not Days¨ and I recently found that they live up to their word. When I arrived at my condo on a Saturday night and found my water heater leaking I needed help fast. Being the weekend I didn´t expect the response I got. I left a message on their phone Sunday morning, got a text back later in the day, and provided them will all the info they needed. They had a quote for me by 8:30 Monday, were here by 9:30, and completed the job by 11:00. While the price was at the high end of my expectation, it was worth it as they were friendly, helpful, personable and efficient.
