I'm 63 years old. I asked around, to people that had great looking Hair Styles.Hands down, it was Raspberries Hair Salon and Spa. I've tried all of their services! I've never been disappointed! The Stylists make sure your happy before you leave their Door.I love Rasberries, the Professional care, great attitudes and every time I've been there I walk out feeling like a new person!The Cherry on Top are the compliments I get after being there!!

This review is strictly for the process and result. I found the stylist to be very friendly and personable. My first time here and unfortunately will be my last.At first, the stylist took the time to review exactly what my desired result was and was realistic on achieving her goal. She presented me with color options and discussed what was the best options.The process total time took five hours! I've never had to sit at a salon for so long and I'm one to get every color process you can imagine. But my thought was excellence takes time.Wrong on this case. Firstly I noticed the highlight placements were terrible. The bulk of the lighted sections were in the back of my head when she said she was going to focus framing my face. What I got was my left side had ashy blotchy sections and my right had NO lighted sections! The sections themselves were uneven in tone. Some were warm and brassy and some were ashy! the cut,, it was boxy,, choppy and uneven.. I had to snip things later when I got home..But actually the worst was after she blowdried my hair, it was so sticky! I said I think you left a lot of shampoo in! Instead of looking into it, she tried to get me to leave by saying oh that's like like because your hair is lighter....??? I said ummm no. She then was honest and took back to the sink but oy washed out the back of my head and haphazardly rushed to dry it. Later while I work, my hair was do itchy because I still had a lit of shampoo still in! I couldn't wait to rewash.

I had a cut and color with Kelly! I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and Raspberries! The salon is clean, quaint & a perfect little one-stop shop for everything I need! I'm quite picky when it comes to getting my hair done. Kelly not only surpassed my expectations, but did everything I asked! I absolutely love the finished product, and will exclusively be going to her from now on! Friendly, easy to talk to, and completely accommodating! If you're looking for a stylist in Rochester, you're not getting a good enough professional until you've paid Kelly a visit!

The whole atmosphere and staff are fabulous at his wonderful hair salon. The best Hair car, hand and feet care and whole body care at its very best. If anyone is looking for a new hair care, give this company a try. You won't be disappointed!

I enjoyed some pampering today at Raspberries. Grace did a great job on my pedicure and did a good job avoiding tickling me after I warned her about my sensitive feet. Later, I came back and she gave me a great haircut. I was excited to hear that they are offering massages again too.

I enjoyed a little pampering at Raspberries today. Grace (?) did a great job with my pedicure. I warned her that my feet are very ticklish and she did a great job avoiding tickling me. I came back later and she also did a great haircut. I was excited to hear that they are offering massages again, too.

I made an appointment here because my former stylist moved and I didn't want to drive to Portsmouth. I have no idea who the girl was that "cut" my hair but really all she did was trim just a wee little bit. (She had messy blondish hair). I asked to have it shaped around my face but she didn't touch this area. She really seemed to be in a hurry and I will not be returning.
