If you’re thinking about building a modular home I highly recommend New Style Homes. We specifically chose them because of the ability to tour actual homes to see the quality of what we would be getting as well as their turnkey operation. Not having to hire a GC and the sub-contractors individually was a huge plus for us. Our New Style team was great to work with and we were very happy with the sub-contractors who worked on our home. Our project manager Michael was very accommodating and did his best to keep us informed along the way but he could certainly use some help! He is in demand. 4/16/2026 Our experience with New Style Homes was very good. Our new home was delivered on time and under budget and, while there were some adjustments that had to be made after delivery, all were completed within our first year of occupancy. Overall we are very pleased with new home and wish to thank all at New Style Homes for all they did to make our move pain free. Dennis & Joyce Ryan
