I had made an appt with this company we had to scd due to snow ( no issue ) the next day they never showed I called the office, emailed and by 5 pm I got a return call saying how sorry no one reached out after I waited all day( appt was 130) - recd the next day same deal no one showed up - again no one bothered to reach out I called left messages - I got a email at 7pm saying “ sorry ill call tomorrow to rescd “ almost a week later still no call back . Giant waste of

I can't comment on their cleaning as they never showed for their appointment. They called 2 hours after my scheduled time and said they can't make it due to last job took longer than expected. This was a Friday afternoon. I had left several messages for them to call but no one returned calls. The guy that called said someone would call to reschedule but no one did. I emailed and asked them to contact me and still no response. This was a disappointment since I had cleared out 3 bedrooms for them to clean the rugs.
