“Love their website and the ease to schedule our own appointments! This was Bella’s first visit what a pleasant experience everyone was so so helpful and pleasant. Our baby had a traumatic experience at her last vet. Thankfully she was made to feel comfortable enough to go through all the necessary exams and procedures their gentleness and compassion was definitely felt we are super thankful to you all!”
Dover Veterinary Hospital
“This is an overdue review because Dover Vet's staff & Dr. Richards are genuinely the most caring, considerate and knowledgeable vet we have ever been to. We bring our two 9 year old dogs Harley & Axel here. They care for our dogs like they are their own and I am fully confident in every recommendation from Dr. Richards. She truly cares, is never trying to upsell you for the sake of upselling and is always so reasonable with her recommendations. Trusting that your vet has your pets best interests in mind is priceless. She even texted me a few days after a vet visit to recommend a supplement for my medically complicated dog after she discussed her case with another vet in the office simply because she genuinely cares and wants to provide the best plan possible for the animals under her care. All of her recommendations have made a huge difference in both of our dog's quality of life. We are definitely lifetime clients of this vet and will be as long as we live in the area and plan on bringing any animal we have in the future here as well.”
