She truly cares, is never trying to upsell you for the sake of upselling and is always so reasonable with her recommendations. She even texted me a few days after a vet visit to recommend a supplement for my medically complicated dog after she discussed her case with another vet in the office simply because she genuinely cares and wants to provide the best plan possible for the animals under her care.
