Fantastic people. Great instructors ) disclaimer I teach occasionally too). Aaron Sensei is a wonderful dojocho. He is also humble to invitee/solicit/bring excellent instructors in house for seminars. I always have something new to learn from his classes and appreciate the warm, open training environment he has overseen here. I love that the classes include many aspect of aikido, from the martial , internal to the physical. The kids classes are Excellent and its ever so convenient that there is a lounge area for parents and others alike To for their classes.
I study at Mt. Washington Aikido, and have had the opportunity to train at Portsmouth Aikido twice this year; first checking out their class for Veterans/First Responders and then a recent seminar. Excellent experiences both times and I look forward to going back in the future to train for various events. The dojo is beautiful, with a relaxed atmosphere. Aaron Cass Sensei and his students are quite skillful and represent Aikido well. Looking forward to training again there in the future.
Best decision for my 8 yr old son to start Aikido. Instructors, Aaron & Paul are the best. Patient, yet disciplined. My son loves going every Thursday and Sunday to class. Couldn’t be happier!!
