We were going away for 3 months and we contacted Pars to ask if they would take our large 9'x 18' oriental rug for a good cleaning, and if they'd store it for us until we were back. Not only were they willing to do it, but they didn't charge us anything for storing it, and their price was more than fair. We just got the rug back today and it has never looked better, they did a fantastic job. This rug is a family heirloom that has been in the family for 45 years and is probably 100 years old; and it has seen a lot of use and abuse from children, dogs etc over the years. We could not be happier with the work that Pars did for us. Highly recommended!

We highly recommend Pars. We had been searching for unusual sized hallway rugs and a stair runner & were left unsatisfied until we found Pars. The store has an amazing on-site selection of oriental rugs and carpet samples, the owners are incredibly knowledgable and helpful & we were never rushed or over-sold on selections. During & after sales communication is great. The installation crew was professional,, skilled and timely. We can't speak highly enough of our entire experience with Pars.

When I dropped this rug off, I wasn't sure it was worth rescuing. It came from a house we were cleaning out, so I can't account for how it had been cared for, but it was stiff, stained, full of grit and did not smell great. It came back IMMACULATE. It's soft and fresh and I can't tell where the stains were. I'm so happy to have it in my home! Thank you PARS. The cleaning was worth every penny.
