I can’t imagine things could have gone any smoother. I was extremely fortunate that everything went so quickly with absolutely no bumps along the road. I’ve seen what my sister went through to sell their house in another state, and it seemed to be snag after snag. I think they were starting to think they’d never get it done. I felt guilty at how easy the process was for me, and how quickly it all happened! Should I decide to buy if I get tired of apartment living, I will definitely contact Marsh Realtors. It was a pleasure working with them.Thank you Barbara and Chris, for all your assistance and advice on pricing, etc. We didn’t need to price it any higher – by being conservative with the listing price, it got the potential buyers looking at it, then once the serious ones realized what it was, and that there were competitors, they took care of the numbers themselves!! Three offlers, all above the listed price, less than 30 hours after it went up - wow!
