GOSH. I do not know how to really explain how I had literally the greatest experience of my life yesterday.
At first, I walked in and my heart sank! The place was swamped! Why does my birthday have to be on graduation and prom weekend!? I thought uh oh I’m gonna be here for the next four hours… I could you not within three minutes every single person was getting sad and immediately taken care of!
I had both a Pedicure and a full set with a design! I have the greatest pedicure I have ever received. I fully regret not asking her name, she was adorable and tiny, and I have incredibly long legs, and we just giggled... read full review

Been coming here since the doors opened, almost 10 years ago now? This can be a very busy place and they do an amazing job keeping up with the demand of clients and all of their needs. Kim (The Owner) is the best! But you can’t go wrong with any of the nail techs there. Also, you absolutely cannot complain about the prices here because those prices directly reflect their consistency and quality in services.

I rarely leave reviews, but I have to say that after many many years of getting manicures, I feel incredibly inclined to leave Michael a review. I have never had anyone pay so much attention to detail during a service, especially for such a “basic” manicure! (One color). I just left feeling bubbly because of how excited I was to have had a truly amazing experience all around, and I can see by other reviews that I am not alone! I had dip done on my natural nails, and they are impressively thin for a dip manicure, smooth edges, and perfectly even. I only come to Portsmouth sometimes for work, but I will make a point to schedule another appointment with Michael at Mai!... read full review
